Physical Therapy and Therapeutic Facilities
Rehacon is headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, from where it runs more than 120 therapy centres throughout Germany , making it one of the largest providers of physiotherapy services in continental Europe. The majority of Rehacon’s over 700 employees work directly with patients in the local therapy centres. They provide some 1.5 million treatments per year and are committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
Rehacon was established in 1992 as Reeder Unternehmensgruppe für Physiotherapie and today has over 25 years of experience in the physical therapy and therapeutic facilities market . Waterland Private Equity acquired a majority holding in Rehacon in January 2019 and is now providing both financial and strategic support to accelerate the physiotherapeutic service provider’s growth. Rehacon’s founder, Michael Reeder, has retained a stake and continues to head the company.
